Corbin Cash Merced Rye Whiskey is made from an ultra-rare, 100-percent California native Merced Rye mashbill. The whiskey ages in our custom-charred American white oak barrels for up to 6 years.
Tasting Notes
Corbin Cash Merced Rye has a bold and spicy rye flavor on the front, fading by mid-palate allowing floral notes with hints of oak and vanilla to shine through into the smooth finish.
