California Estate Grown Sweet Potato Vodka
Made from our 100-percent-estate-grown California sweet potatoes, water from our farms’ natural aquifers, and filtered slowly through our carbon blend, Corbin Vodka is made in a fashion that produces hints of sweetness and a buttery smooth texture. It’s neutral enough for mixed cocktails, and smooth enough to be enjoyed on the rocks.
Western Dry Gin
Corbin Western Dry Gin is created infusing carefully selected botanicals into our sweet potato-based spirit through both steeping and distillation. The gin showcases a balance between the dry characteristics found in its traditional British counterparts, and some of the signature floral notes of modern gins.
Corbin Cash Blended Whiskey showcases an innovative 80/20 blend of our estate-grown sweet potato spirits and Merced rye whiskey. Each is aged individually in our custom charred American white oak barrels for up to 4 years, and blended after maturation. The result is a milder, “bourbon-esque” whiskey with a mellow, sweet profile.
Sweet Potato Liqueur
Inspired by founder David Souza’s mother’s sweet potato squares recipe, Corbin Cash Barrel Reserve Sweet Potato Liqueur is our most unique creation. Made from 100-percent-estate-grown California sweet potatoes, it is distilled at lower proof to retain more flavor and aged in custom charred American white oak for up to 4 years, just like our whiskeys. A mild blend of brown sugar, spices and extracts introduces an array of aromas, flavors and texture that make this a standout in our portfolio.

The type of corn we use is sustainably grown in our region for the production of tortilla’s and chips, and is key in making a vodka that is not only smooth but full bodied.
